Champion the brands you engage with, forging innovative concepts from inception to completion.
Employ not just remarkable art direction capabilities, but also strategic and conceptual expertise.
Spearhead campaigns, content, and experiences that are not only original but also compelling and meaningful.
Act as a beacon of inspiration, motivating colleagues to ideate groundbreaking solutions and nurture relationships.
Engage deeply with client briefs, ensuring clarity and addressing any ambiguities.
Foster collaborations both internally within MRM and externally, cultivating relationships with clients.
Embrace challenges, pioneering fresh perspectives and approaches.
Oversee projects with minimal supervision, mentor junior talents, and ensure design deliverables meet MRM's gold standard.

An impressive portfolio showcasing top-tier art direction, conceptualization, and relationship-building.
A track record of thriving in team-based, agency, multifunctional environments.
Proficient in presenting information, both visually and in written form.
A relentless ambition to break barriers, curate unparalleled ideas, and build meaningful relationships.
A zealous passion for your craft, coupled with a commitment to staying updated with industry best practices.
Prior experience in team leadership, building meaningful relationships, and direct client interactions is a plus.
A degree in Design, Interaction Design, Visual Studies, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in industry-standard software.
Proven ability in fostering client relationships and cultivating meaningful interactions.
Fluent presentation skills in both German and English
Participate in award winning work is a plus
