• Expertise in designing for expansive CX websites, apps and e-commerce platforms.

• Experience or familiarity with designing for CX websites and e-commerce platforms.
• An understanding of both graphical and conceptual design, with an awareness of how design choices can influence UX.
• A team-oriented mindset, open to working in agile environments and collaborating with creatives, developers, and copywriters.
• Ability to transform initial concepts into wireframes and mockups.
• Skills in communicating design ideas through various tools and mediums.
• Willingness to learn and apply feedback, and to understand design decisions based on given guidelines.
• Familiarity with the design process, from initial wireframing to collaborating with developers.
• Interest in staying updated on UI best practices and eagerness to learn and address UI challenges.
• Capacity to work on translating wireframes into user interface designs with guidance and oversight.
