Responsible for the success of key client accounts, working in partnership with creative, strategic, delivery, and client service colleagues.
Maintain a technical and commercial understanding of our clients’ business, contribute to the account’s strategic direction, and identify opportunities that promote organic business development.
Serve as a trusted partner for our clients by providing technical consultation that addresses key business challenges. (e.g., technical assessments, solutions architecture, etc.).
Support the scoping process by defining the work to be delivered, providing input on production estimates, and informing resource planning for technology team members engaged within the work.
Lead teams of developers and quality assurance engineers in the delivery of premium digital products and services to a standard of excellence.
Ensure teams deliver work in accordance with established delivery practices (e.g., scoping, estimation, issue management, source code management, code reviews, quality assurance, etc). Evolve established practices when prudent and possible.
Contribute to the vision of the technology department, balancing executional consistency with our insatiable desire to explore new frameworks, platforms, tools, and techniques.

Strong understanding of modern delivery practices for technical production with a demonstrated ability to lead teams in the delivery of high quality work.
